At ADA, we’ve always thought it’s important to remember that we’re “people first.” So, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that humanity by wishing everyone a happy holiday season and giving thanks for another great year. Here’s everything we’re thankful for in 2024!

We’re Thankful For:

Our Clients

Every single one of our customers started out as someone who gave us a chance. They took a meeting, gave us their time, and they took the leap. So, we want to thank all of our customers—both past and present—for choosing ADA. You put a lot of faith in us. We’re thankful for the opportunity, and we work hard every single day to prove our customers right.

Our Employees

They say it’s hard to find good people, but we’ve been fortunate to find some of the best in the game. They show up every day. They give it their all. And they make every moment count. So, we’re thankful for a team that goes above and beyond, at every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better work family.

Everyone Behind the Scenes

Our staff is absolutely incredible. But for every team member you see, there are 20 more you don’t. That’s because we work with a lot of vendors, suppliers, and delivery drivers. And who could forget the electricians, the plumbers, and handymen who make this place “go.” We have the best supporting team in the business. And we’re thankful for all of them.

The Early Days

We have a lot of experience now, but it didn’t start out that way. So, we’re thankful for our mentors, our training, and the mistakes that helped us grow. The early days, in any field, can be challenging. But those challenges got us where we are today. So, we’re thankful for those formative years.

The Success of Courageous Hearts Adoptions

We live in a world where some people go without, while others have more than they need. So, at ADA, we’re thankful we’re in a position to give back. If you’ve been reading this blog for awhile, you’ll be familiar with our connection to Courageous Hearts Adoptions (in case you missed it, here’s an article all about it). Since their doors opened in 2019, they’ve placed 59 babies with loving families. And as of this writing, they’re currently working on 12 more matches. They’ve also just become licensed in Arizona and are looking into expanding into Tennessee, which will increase their reach to birth mothers in need, and to so many more parents who are desperate for children of their own. We’re thankful for their incredible mission, their hard work, and their success. To learn more, visit chadoptions.org.

Pets and the People Who Take Care of Them

Pets give us a very special kind of love. They’re there for the good times, the bad times, and everything in between. So, we’re thankful for our pets. We’re also thankful for Johnson County Community Cats, another organization near and dear to our hearts, that does incredible work to help manage the stray cat population in their community. Our Military and First Responders

Did you know that several of ADA’s employees are retired military personnel? We are forever thankful for the service of our veterans and those who are still active, serving our country at home and overseas. Similarly, we are grateful for the first responders in our community who help protect and save lives every day. So many of these amazing people give up spending the holidays with their family and loved ones in order to be there for us in our darkest times. We are so incredibly thankful for everything they do!

Our Support System

We’re thankful to have a lot of support outside of work. So, we wanted to say a very special “thank you” to our family, our friends, and our community. We’d also like to thank anyone who’s ever liked a post on social, given us a welcoming smile, or cheered next to us during a Colts game. We’re all in this together, and we’re thankful for everyone who’s shown kindness along the way.

Thank you all for a safe and happy 2024, and here’s wishing you all of the best this holiday season!
