We’re coming up on the end of the year and, at ADA, that’s a time of reflection. A time to give thanks. A time to reconnect with what truly matters. Here are just a few of the things we’re thankful for this holiday season.

We’re Thankful for Our Customers

We know these projects are important to you, your team, and your business. We also know these projects are an investment, and you have several contractors to choose from. Every time you choose us, we’re not only thankful, but honored that you gave us your vote of confidence. Thank you for trusting us with your business.

We’re Thankful for Our Families

We work hard. You might even say we work really hard. All of us hit a point in our careers when we need to know our “why?” Why are we working so late? Why are we getting in so early? Why are we coming in over the weekend? At ADA, it’s not just pride in our work (though, that is certainly a factor)—we do it for our families. They give us the motivation we need to dig a little deeper. So, we’re thankful that we have families to work hard for.

We’re Thankful We Get to Do What We Love

We built this place from the ground up, starting all the way back in 2007. And since then, we’ve expanded into four different states. We’re thankful for every long night, every working weekend, and every learning experience along the way. We’re thankful that we get to spend every single day in the industry we love, on the cutting edge of progress, and with the excitement of learning something new each day.

We’re Thankful for Our Team

Whether we’re installing, servicing, or maintaining your doors, you’ll see a lot of different people on the job site. And we’re thankful to each and every one of those team members. We’d also like to add that, for every ADA employee you see, there are several more you don’t. So, we’re thankful to everyone behind the scenes, our support staff in the offices, and our suppliers. Life is a team sport, and we have the best team in the game.

We’re Thankful for Our Health

To quote one of our favorite movies, The Princess Bride, “If you haven’t got your health, you haven’t got anything.” That’s why we have some of the highest safety standards in the industry. We debrief and learn from every curveball. And we give weekly toolbox-talks to create a culture of safety on every jobsite. But even with all of that, stuff happens. So, we’re thankful for yet another year of health and safety—both on the clock and off.

We’re Thankful for Another Lap Around the Sun

If the past few years have taught us anything, it’s that the world’s a crazy place. Nothing is guaranteed, and literally anything can happen. So, we’re thankful for another lap around the sun. We’re thankful for a lot of good times, a lot of good laughs, and a lot of good cheeseburgers. We’re thankful for our families, our friends, and our favorite shows on Netflix. We’re wishing you all the same in the new year and beyond. Happy holidays from everyone here at ADA!
